Where Expertise Meets Vision

Leadership

Serviam is named after the Latin Creed, “I will serve.” Service is at the very heart of our business, which was formed in response to a growing vendor support gap in business technology.

In 2011, our founding team realized they were in a unique position to help businesses solve complex technology challenges. Together, the team holds more than 50 years of executive-level experience in the telecom industry.

In short, Serviam’s founders have the ability to see a technology challenge from every possible angle. They also have the industry knowledge to know exactly what is possible for vendors in terms of pricing, contract terms, and solutions.

Now, they recruit top talent from the vendor environment to share their insight with clients and use Serviam’s proven process and established tools to solve complex technology problems for the nation’s leading companies.

In this role, he managed more than 80 legal professionals and oversaw legal support for the Business Markets, Mass Markets and Wholesale Markets sales channels. “Here are three guys who left the comfort of corporate jobs to start a company and provide a service that’s more attentive than others. After signing a three-year agreement, they’re still, ‘Hey, how are you doing? Let’s go get drinks. Let’s go golfing. Are you happy with the service?’ That personal touch is incredibly important.”
